U-Mobile U-Su*ks

Today I went to police station to make police report.

This morning, while I was walking from my house to nearby shops, I heard someone yelling for help. At the moment I turned my sight 180 degrees to my left, I saw a guy with orange T shirt on his motorbike is trying to pull an old woman’s handbag. I was shocked for few seconds as I couldn’t believe that such scene will be happening right in front of me. Then without thinking much, I took off my sport shoes and throw towards the snatch robber with mighty strength. STRIKE! That hit has caused enough impact to make him fall from bike, luckily. At this time, most of the neighbors already noticed us and have come to help. They arrested the guy immediately and sent him to police station. So, I was requested by police to make report about the case at the end……”Geng” right? By the way, I was just joking ;).

Okay, the truth is that I have received another 3 bill from U-Mobile again stating that I have registered 3 numbers under my name and I owe them RM250+. The reason why I used the word “again” in previous sentence is because my mother and I have received similar bill before Chinese New Year. Someone has used our IC to register! (Lost after robber snatched my mom’s bag 3 years ago, my IC is also inside there). We made police report and have cancelled the number, wasted few hours going through the steps. Now, it sends me 3 more bills with 3 different numbers. I was like….

Why the hell did U-Mobile allows those f*kers to register new number only with IC. Even if losing our own IC is our fault, U-Mobile shouldn’t allow people to sign up with only IC. While I am making the police report, one of the police told us that they have received reports of such case almost every day, not only people who lost their IC got involved, but even people who have kept their IC perfectly safe without losing even once, are “helped” by those bozos in free-registering U-Mobile.

The problem’s obviously caused by the brainless U mobile authorized sales agent. But again, it does relate to the registration policy which U Mobile has set. Police also told us that before February of 2009 (something near that), people can just register for a number as long as they are able to provide IC Number and a name that belongs to the IC. What?! They don’t even need you to show up you real IC or a photo stated IC as an attachment.

Woot?! Marketing strategy?! Only they know…making us suffer the steps of cancelling those “gifted” numbers. I am again irritated when my mum call up U Mobile asking them why is this happening, they end up asking my mother more questions, with their skeptical tone as if my mother is trying hard to not pay her rebellious son’s phone bill. “Are you sure your son never opens those 4 accounts on his own??” ==”

C’mon, do something U Mobile…Or else I’ll have to go police station few months later…fk… U will never be an option for me anymore, DIGI, MAXIS and CELCOM are whole lot better. U sucks.

    You should meet the management team.

    They are the most delusional bunch of people who thinks that they are the best in the industry and yet no one knows them. The lead for the marketing strategy team is a foreigner, and his orang kuat is the most delusional of them all, Eddie Wong. These two approves the processes for the registration.

    Kalau you jumpa ini dua orang… I tell you… you will laugh till your tears keluar. And yet they can still be proud because they are delusional of their own ignorance. Kalau dekat malaysia, orang cakap, bodoh sombong.
